Bright Ideas from BAEYC members:

1.At staff meetings, discuss and go through the criteria for the classroom portfolios together to share ideas to meet the criteria one folder at a time.  Working together makes the task easier.

2. Candidacy papers must be received by NAEYC with your center open for three full months after they are received.  Many centers change their programs during the summer or are closed when an assessor can't visit.
